Pilates Reformer/Tower- All Levels classes are taught in trio sessions and are considered all levels unless otherwise specified. All classes incorporate apparatus if appropriate.
Pilates for the Mat - Classes combine classical Pilates with intense core conditioning with emphasis on strength and flexibility.
Ballet Barre - Classes combine the classical ballet with barre fitness. Intense barrework to condition total body with emphasis on core conditioning, hamstrings, glutes and increasing flexibility.
Pilates Barre Fusion - Fuses Pilates Mat with Barrework for intense total-body conditioning.
