WellBarre Pilates incorporates the Reformer with Ballet Barre workouts specifically designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the body quickly and safely. We combine classical movement with contemporary training to maximize basal metabolic rate to help achieve faster results. Ballet Barre Fusion Classes combined with Reformer Training is the perfect complement to traditional Pilates training.
The Pilates Reformer provides constant resistance using springs and pulleys which gives you infinitely more exercise options it allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another to maintain increased heart rate and get the blood pumping. All muscle groups, from big to small, are strengthened in a non-aggressive, non-impact manner making this workout as good for your muscles as it is for your joints.
